JISHAN REPAIR HAND-APPLIED POLYUREA WATERPROOF COATING

Widely applicable to areas requiring waterproofing treatment or repair such as building roofs, gutters, balconies, exterior walls, and cisterns. It is also used for waterproofing and moisture-proofing projects in large warehouses, granaries, and important buildings.

• Green and environmentally friendly, solvent-free, safe components with no odor.
• Excellent water resistance, particularly effective for damp environments like damp substrates and freshly poured concrete, with remarkable adhesion effects.
• Nearly 100% solid content, cold application without the need for heating. A single application can achieve a designed thickness of 2.0mm in one pass.
• Unaffected by ambient temperatures, can be applied in environments as low as -10°C.
• The coating has a good elongation rate, capable of covering cracks on the substrate. It also has excellent low-temperature flexibility with no cracks at -40°C.
• Possesses good impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and aging resistance.
• Can be applied on concrete, stone, wood, metal, and other substrates, and is compatible with insulation boards (EPS, XPS), polyurethane coatings, asphalt materials, etc.
• Has an extremely low water absorption rate, resistant to water immersion without absorbing water, and acid-alkali resistant.
• Easy to apply, can be applied by trowel, roller, or brush. The coating has no reactive groups remaining after curing, provides reflective heat insulation, reduces energy consumption, and thus achieves energy-saving and emission-reducing, environmentally friendly green building goals.

• Hazard Information: If the product accidentally comes into contact with the eyes or skin/hair during construction, it may cause eye irritation or allergic skin reactions.
• Precautionary Measures: Keep children or pets out of the construction area and store the product out of children’s reach. Avoid inhaling gases, smoke, vapors, or sprays. Wear protective equipment during use and wash hands and other contacted areas after operation.
• Emergency Response: If the product contacts the skin or hair, wash with plenty of soap and water. If it contacts the eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water and seek medical help. If the skin becomes irritated or a rash occurs, seek medical attention promptly.
• Safe Storage: Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C, away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed. Store separately from strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents, food, and animal feed. Do not pour diluted paint back into the original packaging, and use the product as soon as possible after opening.
• Disposal: Dispose of paint waste in accordance with national and local disposal regulations (Please refer to the product safety technical manual before disposal).

• This product is a single component, open the lid, and please stir well before use.
• The product cures quickly. It is advisable to apply continuously without prolonged exposure to avoid skin formation.
• The suitable construction environment temperature is between -10°C and 40°C. Do not apply in heavy rain, snow, or strong wind conditions.
• If the product becomes difficult to handle due to high viscosity in low temperatures, it can be stored at room temperature or warmed before use.
• This product is a reactive elastomer; when high resistance to staining or soiling is required, it can be used in combination with Jishan Repair’s polyurea-specific clear coat to enhance the stain resistance of the coating system.

• When there is leftover material in the paint bucket, it should be sealed tightly and stored in a cool, ventilated place, away from any fire sources.
• Keep the product dry during transportation, storage, and use. Avoid stacking uncovered outdoors.
• Wear proper safety gear during application, including a mask and goggles, to prevent the material from contacting your skin or eyes.

• Use sealed barrel packaging, and transport according to general building materials. Transport should prevent sunlight and rain, avoid extrusion collision, and keep the package intact.
• The package must be stored and transported in an upright position and in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C.
• Shelf life: 12 months
