JS Polymer Waterproof Coating is a two-component waterproofing solution made from a carefully optimized blend of high-molecular polymer emulsions and various additives. When combined with cement or other powdered materials, it offers the flexibility of high-molecular polymers along with the durability of inorganic materials.

Scope of Application
Featuring strong bond force, this product can be applied to various substrates such as damp or dry bricks, mortar, and concrete surfaces of new and old buildings, and structures, as well as tunnels, bridges, swimming pools, and water tanks.
- J5-I Is primarily used for parts that undergo significant deformation, such as roofs and basements.
- J5-II is primarily used for large-scale waterproofing projects, such as bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, countertops, sinks, walls, wooden floors, and rooftops (non-exposed areas).

Precautions
- Be sure to apply the product twice in perpendicular directions.
- The ideal temperature for construction is between 5°C to 35°C. No work is allowed on rainy days. The coating must not come into contact with water before it has fully cured.
- The prepared J5 Polymer Waterproof Coating has a working time of approximately 3 hours. Once the material becomes too thick or hardens, do not add water
- Recommended usage: 1.5-2kg/m when mixed with cement with an application thickness of Imm. The number of costs required will depend on whether it’s a flat or vertical surface, but generally, a thickness of 1.2-J.5mm is advised.
Instructions for Use
- The substrate must be smooth and clean. Wet the substrate with water and wait for it to dry before you start the application.
- First, pour the JS Polymer Waterproof Coating into a bucket. Then, add cement while stirring it well until the mixture is free of any lumps. The recommended ratio for the JS Polymer Waterproof Coating and cement is 1:1 by weight.
- Apply the product multiple times. Process with the next layer after the first layer has dried to the touch. The total thickness should not be less then the designed thickness.
- The water-tightness test can only be conducted 48 hours after the application is completed.

Packaging and Storage
- Store protect the product from exposure to sunlight, rain, or impacts during transportation to prevent any damange to the pacakging.
- Store the product in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight at a temperature between 5°C to 35°C.
- Shelf life: 12 months.
