JISHAN REPAIR RUST CONVERTER

• This product boasts a strong rust removal and conversion capability. It can completely transform rust into a dense, tough, corrosion-resistant, anti-wear, anti-friction, and anti-corrosion film.
• As an organic weak acid, this product has no damaging effect on the paint film and can be used as a secondary rust remover.
• This product has simple ingredients, zero emissions or pollution, and is easy to use, non-toxic, free of prohibited chemicals and harmful substances, non-flammable, and non-explosive, with no need for rinsing treated parts.
• This product can replace anti-rust primers with lower costs and improved efficiency, as well as enhanced paint film adhesion.
• The product has an emulsion appearance and does not separate, settle, become cloudy, or expire when stored for an extended period of time.

Jishan Repair Rust Converter is suitable for the surface of rusted iron. It acts as a rust converter and sealer working on the penetration base. If the rust layer is too thick, it is recommended to first remove the surface rust with a grinder or high-pressure water gun before applying the product.

Stir the product evenly with a wooden stick before use. A roller can be applied for most applications. In areas with higher quality requirements, a brush is recommended. No diluent is needed during application, and the work environment should be dry and well-ventilated.

• Clean the base surface thoroughly and make sure it is clean, solid, and free from dust, grease, moss, carpet adhesive, or other substances. Loose and cracked parts should be removed and repaired in advance.
• Simply open the container and slightly stir the content with no need for diluent.
• Apply the product evenly from top to bottom with a roller or brush with no missed spots, and then allow the coating to dry for approximately 12 hours.
• It is essential to ventilate the area to allow for natural curing. Subsequent steps only commence after the previous layer has dried completely.
• Once opened, the product should be used up as soon as possible. The container should be immediately sealed with the lid after being opened. When the application is completed or stopped mid-way, cleaning agents should be used to clean the tools, which should be maintained in good condition during the application process.
• This product should be kept dry during transportation, storage, and use, and should never be left uncovered in the open air.
• During application, please take necessary safety measures. Wear a mask and goggles to prevent the material from contacting the operator’s body.

• Once opened, the product should be used up as soon as possible. The container should be immediately sealed with the lid after being opened. • Shelf life: 12 months.
