The F102 coating primer is an eco-friendly, single-component water-based emulsion. It primarily utilizes polymer emulsions and additives as its main ingredients, which undergo a secondary reaction to create a highly effective sealing and curing adhesive. This product has excellent penetration properties. When applied to a weak substrate, it can effectively penetrate and thoroughly strengthen the substrate to boost its hardness. The membrane is highly resistant to temperature changes, shrinkage, and ageing. Its effectiveness in reinforcing the substrate remains unaffected by thermal expansion and contraction or fluctuations in temperature. It dries to the touch in 4 hours at room temperature and fully cures in 24 hours, or dries to the touch in 8 hours at low temperature and fully cures in 48 hours.
Note: The drying time above is theoretical data from experimental environments. In actual conditions, lower temperatures or higher humidity will lead to a longer drying. It is recommended to wait until the emulsion is completely dry before proceeding to the next step.

Scope of Application
This product is designed for use on putty or cement motar layers withlow strength that are prone to dusting. It penetrates deeply into the substrate, reinforcing and sealing it to prevent issues such as hollow tiles, peeling, or mold growth when applying putty or paint on dusting surfaces. This product is suitable for use on concrete surfaces after removing putty, secondary putty layers of lower hardness, and motar substrates of poor quality. Additionally, it can be applied as a base layer before wallpapering to provide a sealing and strengthening effect.
Application Process
- Keep the substrate clean and dry.
- Open the lid, give the material a good stir until its well-mixed, and then directly use it with a brush, roller, or spray gun.
- After waiting 12 hours for it to fully dry (it should feel non-sticky to the touch), proceed with the second coat.
Precautions
Stir the product evenly before use. A roller can be applied for most applications. In areas with higher quality requirements, a brush is recommended. No diluent is needed during application, and the work environment should be dry and well-ventilated.

Packaging and Storage
- This product should be packaged and transported in sealed containers as a general building material. During transportation, precautions should be taken to avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, prevent squeezing and collisions, and ensure the packaging remains intact.
- The packaging must be stored and transported in an upright position. It should be kept in a well-ventilated, dry place, away from direct sunlight, with a temperature range of 5°C to 35 C.
- Shelf life: 18 months
