A-308 Hydrophobic Polyurethane Leak Stopper is a leak sealing material characterized by high solid content, fast reaction, high and stable foaming rate, among other features. The product foams and expands when encountering water to form structurally dense closed-cell rigid foams. It can be used not only for repairing and sealing leaks but also for strengthening and reinforcing concrete structures, making it effective for fast waterproofing in non-active cracks.

Scope of Application
The product is used for leak prevention and sealing of non-active cracks in environments long or alternately exposed to water.
Features
- The product foams and expands exponentially when encountering water. The foam produced has even and dense pores with high rigidity and strength.
- No shrinkage under alternate wet-and-dry conditions, with excellent stability.
- Low viscosity, sound injectability, strong adhesion to the substrate, and high adaptability to water quality.
- The solidified material is resistant to most organic solvents and microbial degradation.
Key Points for Application
- Inspect the leak site and clean up any debris at the leak site. After confirming the leak point, drill holes and install injection packers. The hole spacing is typically 20 cm to 50 cm apart.
- Use a high-pressure grouting machine to inject the product through injection packers. Move on to the next hole and continue the injection when the slurry comes out from the adjacent hole.
- After the first grouting is completed, repeat the process starting from the first packer. Complete the grouting under the designated pressure, typically at a grouting pressure of 0.3 MPa and an injection rate of 0.01 L/min.
- After 72 hours, check the leak site for any signs of water leakage. If there is no water leakage, remove the exposed packers, seal and level the surface with mortar.
Precautions
- Since this product is made of polyurethane, the application should be done in a well-ventilated area away from any source of fire. Operators should wear protective goggles. In case of accidental splashing into the eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
- Once opened, this product should be used up as soon as possible. Any remaining materials must be disposed of according to regulations and should not be directly poured into drains, water, or soil
