Jishan Repair Wall & Floor Primer is an eco-friendly, single-component water-based product. It primarily utilizes polymer emulsions and additives as its main ingredients, which undergo a secondary reaction to create a highly effective sealing and curing adhesive. This product has excellent penetration properties. When applied to a weak substrate, it can effectively penetrate and thoroughly strengthen the substrate to boost its hardness. The membrane is highly resistant to temperature changes, shrinkage, and aging. Its effectiveness in reinforcing the substrate remains unaffected by thermal expansion and contraction or fluctuations in temperature. It dries to the touch in 4 hours at room temperature and fully cures in 24 hours, or dries to the touch in 8 hours at low temperature and fully cures in 48 hours. (Note: The drying time above is theoretical data from experimental environments. In actual conditions, lower temperatures or higher humidity will lead to a longer drying. It is recommended to wait until the membrane is completely dry before proceeding to the next step.)

Scope of Application
This product is designed for use on putty or cement mortar layers with low strength that are prone to dusting. It penetrates deeply into the substrate, reinforcing and sealing it to prevent issues such as hollow tiles, peeling, or mold growth when applying putty or paint on dusting surfaces. This product is suitable for use on concrete surfaces after removing putty, secondary putty layers of lower hardness, and mortar substrates of poor quality. Additionally, it can be applied as a base layer before wallpapering to provide a sealing and strengthening effect.

Instructions for Use
Mix well with a stick before use. Apply with a roller for even coverage, or use a brush for areas with higher quality requirements.
- Prepare the substrate by removing dirt, loose particles, dust, grease, moss, carpet adhesive, or any other contaminants. Repair any loose or cracked parts in advance.
- No dilution needed. Stir gently in the container before applying.
- Apply the product evenly with a roller or brush from top to bottom onto the substrate. Do not skip any areas and let it dry for about 12 hours.
- Ensure proper ventilation. The product can be naturally cured. Do not proceed with further work until the coating is completely dry.
Precautions
- Use the material promptly after opening, and ensure the bucket is resealed immediately after pouring. Clean all tools with a solvent after use or if pausing during application. Maintain tools in good condition throughout the process.
- Keep the product dry during transportation, storage, and use. Avoid stacking un covered outdoors.
- Wear proper safety gear during application, including a mask and goggles, to prevent the material from contacting your skin or eyes.
Storage and Transportation
- Use sealed packaging, and transport according to general building materials. Transport should prevent sunlight and rain, avoid extrusion collision, and keep the package intact.
- The package must be stored and transported in an upright position and in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C.
