Jishan Repair Cement-Based Crystalline Penetrating Waterproof Coating is a highly penetrating waterproof material composed of silicate cement, fine quartz sand, microfibers, and a variety of polymeric active chemical substances.
Mechanism of Action: The coating contains active substances such as aluminate, sulfate, and silicate ions, which use water as a carrier to penetrate through concrete cracks and capillaries. These substances react with free calcium ions in the concrete to form insoluble crystals that block cracks and capillaries, resulting in permanent waterproofing for the concrete structure. Even if the waterproof coating is damaged by external forces, its waterproof effect remains unaffected, thus achieving the goal of waterproofing, seepage prevention, and moisture resistance.

Scope of Application
Suitable for both the water-facing and back-side waterproofing of concrete buildings and structures.This includes applications such as basements,subways, bathrooms, kitchens, reservoirs, swimming pools, water storage facilities, culverts, tunnels, dams, reservoirs, power stations, nuclear power plants, cooling towers, bridges, pile foundations, and water retention ponds. It is also applicable for waterproofing repair and leakage maintenance of concrete structures.

- Inorganic reactive material with the same lifespan as the structure, continuously provides crystalline reaction, and has multiple anti-seepage capabilities.
- Good flowability of active substances allows penetration and healing of cracks or capillaries up to 0.3mm wide and 300mm deep.

Precautions
- Use the material promptly after opening, and ensure the bucket is resealed immediately after pouring. Clean all tools with a solvent after use or if pausing during application. Maintain tools in good condition throughout the process.
- Keep the product dry during transportation, storage, and use. Avoid stacking uncovered outdoors.
- Wear proper safety gear during application, including a mask and goggles, to prevent the material from contacting your skin or eyes.
Instructions for Use
- Surface requirements: The substrate must be solid, damp, clean, and rough, free from mud, floating slurry, oil contamination, and without hollowing, loosening, or sanding phenomena. It is advisable to fully expose the concrete base.
- According to the environmental requirements, add a certain ratio of clean water and mix well until the mixture is a paste or cream consistency.
- Application methods: rolling (with a nap roller), brushing (with a stiff brush), or scraping.
- Apply multiple thin coats, with each coat applied every 12 to 24 hours. After each coat reaches the walking condition, mist with water to allow the active ingredients to penetrate fully.
