F100 Cowhide Muscles® PU Waterproof Coating is a water-based polymer eco-friendly waterproof coating made from acrylic polymer emulsion as the base, with various additives and pigments added, scientifically processed. The product is colorless, non-toxic, and offers excellent adhesion and waterproofing properties. It strongly adheres to mortar, cement bases, stone surfaces, and metal products, with stable chemical properties capable of enduring prolonged exposure to sunlight. It has high strength, high elongation, strong elasticity, and effective waterproof performance.

Scope of Application
Widely suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing projects on roofs, walls, kitchen and bathroom floors of various buildings, and can be used in both exposed and non-exposed waterproofing applications.
Application Process
- Base Surface Preparation: Remove dust, debris, oil, and release agents from the base surface. Low areas should be leveled with a 1:3 cement mortar mix, high areas should be chipped away and smoothed; the base surface must be solid, not loose or sandy, and should be smooth and level.
- Treat the repaired base surface with Jishan Repair primer, applying it by roller or spray to ensure the base surface is secure.
- Apply the waterproof coating evenly to the base surface, ensuring thorough coverage with a brush along corners, edges, and at joints of different materials; allow to naturally dry and cure for 24 hours.
- Apply a second coat over the initially dried and cured waterproof membrane, ensuring an average total thickness of no less than 1.5mm.
- Allow the coating to naturally dry and cure for 48 hours until the waterproof membrane is initially set.

Precautions
- Do not walk on or proceed with the next stage of construction until the coating is fully cured.
- Apply two coats in a crisscross pattern.
- The construction temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C. Do not construct during rainy weather, and avoid contact with rain before the coating has cured.
- When reinforcing cracks,lay polyester fabric immediately after applying the first coat of paint, ensuring it is flat and free from wrinkles, and press it down firmly with a brush.
Packaging and Storage
- During transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight, rain, and impact to prevent damage to the packaging.
- Store the product in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C, and avoid direct sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months.
