Usage Method
- Clean the glass surface thoroughly. Keep it dry.
- Add the cross-linking agent at a ratio of 50:1 and mix well. Use the paint mixed with the cross-linking agent within 6 hours.
- Stir well.
- Apply the paint roller coating & brush coating.
- Apply 2-3 thin coats, with each coat spaced 2-3 hours apart. Multiple thin coats are recommended for better results.
- Avoid contact with water for 12 hours after construction. The paint film will be fully dry after a week. Do not scratch or bump during this period.
Precautions
- Store the product in a well-ventilated, cool, and shaded area away from direct sunlight, with a temperature range of 5~35°C.
- Do not mix this product with other paints or oil-based paints.
- Avoid contact with water and avoid bumping within 24 hours after application.
- Avoid direct fan blowing during construction or drying process.
- If the product gets into the eyes, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
- Keep this product out of reach of children.
Reminders
- Ensure tools are dry during application. Avoid applying too thick a layer at once, as this may lead to slow drying, whitening, bubbling, and unevenness of the paint film.
- The surface drying time is 4 hours, full drying takes 48 hours, and the best results are achieved after 7 days.
- The construction temperature shall not be below 5°C, and the air humidity shall not exceed 80%.
- The product mixed with the cross-linking agent must be used within 6 hours.
- For outdoor construction, check the weather forecast for the next two days. Avoid water contact, scraping, and bumping within 24 hours.
- Generally, apply 2-3 coats, with each coat spaced at least 2 hours apart.
- The shelf life is 1 year.
