Jishan Repair Polyurethane Cover Paint is meticulously formulated from modified acrylic ester polymer emulsion and various premium additives. It is a finishing varnish specially designed for hand-applied polyurethane waterproof coatings. The paint film features high gloss, excellent fullness, fast drying, excellent film formation, strong interlayer adhesion, and strong weather resistance and stain resistance. Due to its nanoscale particle size and low-emulsion synthesis process, the product has superlative water resistance and acid-alkali resistance, making it particularly suitable for the finishing of oil-based or water-based substrates.

Scope of Application
Applicable to the finishing of oil-based or water-based acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy, and polyurea substrates; especially applicable to the finishing of hand-applied polyurethane waterproof coatings to improve its resistance to dirt.

Instructions for Use
- Substrate requirements: The substrate must be smooth, clean, and dry.
- Dilution ratio: Dilute with less than 10% water
- Application methods: Brushing, rolling, or spraying.
- Cleaning method: Clean tools immediately with water after use.
- Theoretical consumption: 8-10m2/kg in one coating with a film thickness of 25 microns. The actual consumption may vary depending on the surface roughness and dilution ratio.
- Application conditions: Apply at a temperature between 5°-35°C and a relative humidity below 85%. Avoid any windy or rainy days.
Precautions
- Hazards: Accidental contact with eyes, skin, or hair during application may cause eye irritation or skin allergic reactions.
- Preventive measures: Keep children and pets away from the application area and store the product out of their reach; avoid inhaling gas, smoke, vapors, or sprays; wear protective gear during use and wash hands and other contact areas after operation.
- Accident response: If skin or hair is contaminated, rinse with plenty of soapy water and clean water. If eyes are contaminated, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water and seek medical help. If skin irritation or rash occurs, seek medical attention promptly.
- Safe storage: Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C, away from direct sunlight, and keep containers tightly sealed. Store separately from strong acids, alkalis, oxidizers, food, and animal feed. Do not pour diluted paint back into the original package. Use promptly after opening.
- Shelf life: The shelf life is 12 months from the production date as indicated on the product certificate.
- Waste disposal: Please dispose of discarded paints by following national and local regulations (refer to the Safety Technical Manual before disposal).
