Jishan Repair Highly Viscous Tile Adhesive is a single-component water-based product, characterized by its eco friendliness, ease of use, pressure sensitivity, and excellent bonding properties. This adhesive can absorb the stress generated by slight movements between the substrate and ceramic tiles. Its high pressure sensitivity ensures a synergistic bonding effect between the cured tile adhesive and the film achieved through chemical cross-linking and physical anchoring, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of hollow or detached tiles.

Precautions
- Once opened, the product should be used up as soon as possible. The container should be immediately sealed with the lid after being opened. When the application is completed or stopped mid-way, cleaning agents should be used to clean the tools, which should be maintained in good condition during the application process.
- This product should be kept dry during transportation, storage, and use, and should never be left uncovered in the open air.
- During application, please take necessary safety measures. Wear a mask and goggles to prevent the material from contacting the operator’s body.
Scope of Application
This product is applicable to the paving of ceramic tiles, stone, and other finishing materials on stable indoor surfaces. For large tiles or floor tiles, two-component large plate adhesive is recommended.
Instructions for Use
- The operable temperature is between 5°C and 40°C. Please stir well before use after opening the container.
- Any mold release agent, dust, oil stains, or other impurities on the back of tiles must be thoroughly removed.
- Apply the adhesive evenly onto the pre-treated surface (such as the back of the tile).
- For the optimal adhesion result, after applying the adhesive, let it dry until it turns transparent and then use tile adhesive.
- The product must fully cover the back of ceramic or stone tiles without any missed area.
- Painted ceramic tiles should be placed flat with the back facing up to avoid dust, debris, or other particles from sticking to the surface and affecting the adhesion.

Packaging and Storage
- This product should be packaged and transported in sealed containers as a general chemical building material. During transportation, precautions should be taken to avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, prevent squeezing and collisions, and ensure the packaging remains intact.
- The package must be stored and transported in an upright position and in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C.
- Shelf life: 12 months.
