• This product can be easily applied by scraping, rolling, or brushing. The cured film leaves no residual reactive groups. Being reflective and heat insulating, it can reduce energy consumption, thus helping to achieve energy-saving, emission-reducing, and environmentally friendly goals in green building practices.

• Containers with residual content inside should be tightly sealed and stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and be kept away from fire.
• This product should be kept dry during transportation, storage, and use, and should never be left uncovered in the open air.
• During application, please take necessary safety measures. Wear a mask and goggles to prevent the material from contacting the operator’s body.

• This product is a single-component formula. Please stir well before use after opening the container.
• The product cures quickly. Please apply it continuously. It is not recommended for prolonged exposure to prevent skinning.
• The operable temperature ranges from-10°C to 40°C.Application is not recommended during heavy rain, snow, or strong winds.
• For new concrete surfaces, the product can be directly applied once the surface is cleaned of floating ash, dust, and sand. For old concrete surfaces, it is necessary to remove any loose or flaking parts, clean off floating ash, dust, and sand before application. Old filler materials such as aged asphalt, grouting material, or rolled materials must be completely removed before application.
• In case of high viscosity due to low temperatures, the product may be placed at room temperature or warmed up before use.
• This product is a reactive elastomer that can be used in conjunction with Jishan Repair Polyurethane Cover Paint for enhanced resistance to dirt and stains in applications where cleanliness is a priority.

• Hazards: Accidental contact with eyes, skin, or hair during application may cause eye irritation or skin allergic reactions.
• Preventive measures: Keep children and pets away from the application area and store the product out of their reach; avoid inhaling gas, smoke, vapors, or sprays; wear protective gear during use and wash hands and other contact areas after operation.
• Accident response: If skin or hair is contaminated, rinse with plenty of soapy water and clean water. If eyes are contaminated, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water and seek medical help. If skin irritation or rash occurs, seek medical attention promptly.
• Safe storage: Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C,away from direct sunlight, and keep containers tightly sealed. Store separately from strong acids, alkalis, oxidizers, food, and animal feed. Do not pour diluted paint back into the original package. Use promptly after opening.
• Waste disposal: Please dispose of discarded paints by following national and local regulations(refer to the Safety Technical Manual before disposal)

• This product should be packaged and transported in sealed barrels as a general building material. During transportation, precautions should be taken to avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, prevent squeezing and collisions, and ensure the packaging remains intact.
• The package must be stored and transported in an upright position and in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C.
• Shelf life: 12 months.
