Flexible Type Polymer Waterproof Coating
K11 Flexible Type Colorful Odorless is a two-component polymer waterproof coating. When the powder and liquid components are mixed, they create a flexible waterproof membrane that adheres well to concrete and mortar, forming a strong and durable bond.

Scope of Application
This product is suitable for flooring and roofing of both indoor and outdoor construction, as well as for bathroom floors, kitchens, basements, garages, planter boxes, floor slabs, around pipe penetrations, and in corners.
Precautions
- Once the coating has been thoroughly mixed, be sure to use it all at once. Avoid reusing any cured leftovers.
- The ideal temperature for construction is between 5°C and 35°C, and it’s important to ensure proper air circulation during the process.
- Protect the site against rain, intense sunlight, or freezing temperatures within two days after construction. Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
Application Process
- Clean the substrate thoroughly and ensure it is well-moistened.
- First, pour the emulsion into an empty bucket, then gradually add the powdered material while using an electric mixer to blend it well until there are no lumps. Let the sturry sit for about 3 minutes, then give it a good stir before using.
- Use a roller or a stiff-bristle brush to evenly apply the slurry onto the substrate in layers. Proceed with the next layer if the first layer dries to the touch (not sticky). Be sure to apply the second layer at a perpendicular angle to the first.
- Recommended usage: 1.5-2.0kg/m, with an application thickness of approximately 1mm.
Packaging and Storage
- This product should be packaged and transported in sealed containers as a general building During transportation, precautions should be taken to avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, prevent squeezing and collisions, and ensure the packaging remains intact.
- The package must be stored and transported in an upright position and in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C.
- Shelf life: 12 months
