JISHAN REPAIR NANOMETER THERMAL INSULATION COATING

• Application Performance: This single-component product can be used straight from the container quickly and conveniently. It can be applied by brushing. rolling, or mechanical spraying to meet the diverse needs of customers at construction sites.
• Insulation Performance. This product can achieve a reduction of surface temperature by 20°C and indoor temperature by 5°C-10°C.
• Weather Resistance: This product features strong adhesion, acid and alkali resistance, thus mitigating corrosion by acid rain and protecting the metal surface.
• This product is a water-based product that is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, free from any harmful substances.
• With excellent resistance to dirt, this product features a mesh-like structure as small as 30 nanometers with a dense coating that prevents oil stains from penetrating

Metal substrate:

1. Rinse the rusted substrate with a high-pressure water gun or manually remove any surface rust.
2. Spray the Jishan Repair Rust Converter. Please pay attention to the following points:
   • Due to the properties of the rust converter and the high temperature in summer, it is recommended to dilute the rust converter with water by 10% before spraying to facilitate the application.
   • Do not spray the rust converter on surfaces that are not rusted, as this will cause discoloration of the thermal insulation coating and impair its effectiveness.
3. Due to the fact that this product is a white rigid material (which provides better adhesion to metal surfaces and resistance to dirt), in order to prevent cracking at the joints of the colored steel tiles due to ground settlement and strong winds, which could affect the
   waterproofing effect, it is suggested to apply polyester fabrics on joints and nail locations.
4. Spray the product multiple times, and apply it the second time after the first layer is fully dry. The overall thickness must reach 0.5mm.

Concrete substrate:

1. Sweep away any floating dust, then brush or spray Jishan Repair coating primer. The primer can be diluted with water by 10%.
2. Apply the product after the primer has completely cured.
3. Apply the product multiple times, and always wait for the current layer to completely cure before applying it again. The overall thickness must reach 1mm.

• Colored steel tiles, plastic tiles, transparent tiles, cement tiles, tempered glass, and other tile surfaces on the exterior of buildings.
• Waterproof and thermal insulation for the top surface of concrete structures.
• New exterior walls, renovated exterior walls, and ceramic tile exteriors.
• Exteriors of transportation carriages, communication base stations, and equipment.
• Exteriors of oil tanks, gas tanks, and pipelines.

• The product should be applied at a temperature above 5°C and below 35°C, with a humidity not exceeding 85%.
• Do not add water into the product.
• Stir the product thoroughly before use.

• This product should be packaged and transported in a sealed status as a general building material. During transportation, precautions should be taken to avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, prevent squeezing and collisions, and ensure the packaging remains intact. The package must be stored and transported in an upright position and in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C.
• Shelf life: 12 months.
